I’m an Operations Analyst with 3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations and billing. I own end-to-end order management—covering invoicing, service contracts, and PO release processes—while keeping quality and speed aligned with SLA-driven targets.

At Accenture, I managed OTC end-to-end execution, verifying Purchase Orders and processing Sales Orders within the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. I reviewed PO terms and billing agreements for completeness and compliance with revenue recognition policies, then approved or escalated order releases based on internal credit and risk management rules.

Previously at Mr. Cooper (NSM), I handled OTC from sales order creation through Cash Application, resolving billing disputes and payment discrepancies through tight coordination with Sales and Finance. I supported CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) activities—quote validation, pricing approvals, deal configuration, and order conversion—and used Salesforce to track disputes and ensure timely follow-up.

Across both roles, I’ve strengthened operational performance through MIS reporting, dashboards, SOPs/MOMs, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce aging balances and improve turnaround time. I’ve also collaborated daily with US-based stakeholders across time zones to manage queries, escalations, and SLA reporting for multinational client portfolios.
