At EuroParking Services (EPS), I managed and supervised customer service operations for both UK and India teams. I served as the primary point of contact and face of the company, guiding clients through company policies, operational procedures, and software/app setup—often including tablet and company application configuration for parking management operations.

I also coordinate with technical teams to resolve outages, kiosk issues, ANPR camera problems, and operational disruptions, while ensuring timely issue resolution. Alongside client support, I manage administrative operations and have conducted interviews and recruitment processes for customer service and admin teams.
