I also handled payments through different methods, opened and closed the cash register, and checked daily transactions. When customers were dissatisfied, I kept communication courteous and focused on finding a solution.

Through my online sales venture, I supported customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, managing sales from the first inquiry through product delivery. I also followed orders, issued receipts, helped administer the online store, and updated products.
