I've led recruitment, employee relations, remuneration, performance management, and organisational development across Padma Bank, Trust Bank, Rahimafrooz Distribution, Eastern Bank, and ROC Trust.
At Trust Bank, I recruited more than 1,300 employees during expansion from 79 to 114 branches, led three salary structure reviews against 15 commercial banks, and supported more than 20 business divisions and 114 branches. I also designed and delivered 50+ training programmes for approximately 1,200 employees and regularly served as Acting Head of Human Resources.
At Padma Bank, I partnered with the Managing Director & CEO, led a team of 12 HR professionals, introduced a KPI-based promotion framework for around 750 employees, and built a Management Trainee Officer Development Programme.
Now at ROC Trust in Hamilton, I manage volunteer and intern recruitment and designed a Salesforce-based onboarding workflow that saves an estimated 500 administration hours annually. I'm bringing my senior HR business partnering background to New Zealand organisations while building on my Master of Business and Management.
