I am a results-driven Incident Response and Site Reliability professional with over 4 years of hands-on experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing high-severity production incidents across cloud-hosted infrastructures. I lead war-room coordination, drive blameless post-mortems, and implement processes that improve MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR.

My technical work focuses on observability and automation: I build and optimize dashboards and alerts in Sensu, New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus, author runbooks and escalation matrices, and apply Python scripting and Linux troubleshooting to accelerate recovery and reduce noise. I regularly coordinate cross-functional teams—including engineering, DevOps, and product—to restore services and maintain SLAs.

I deliver executive summaries and incident trend reports, train new team members on incident practices, and continuously pursue reliability improvements through capacity monitoring, resource optimization, and ITIL-based workflows.
