At OPTUM India, I’m architecting enterprise GenAI applications for HR, including a production-grade talent intelligence and recommendation system designed for ~1,000 users, with ~90% accuracy and ~10-second response latency.

I’ve developed multi-agent workflows for talent discovery, sourcing, candidate evaluation, and recommendations, using GCP A2A architecture, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and MCP. I also build asynchronous FastAPI services and deploy containerized workloads on Kubernetes running on GCP.

Previously at KPMG INDIA, I led a cross-functional team delivering GenAI projects for enterprise clients including Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Maruti Suzuki, and HPI. At TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS), I developed and deployed NLP and ML solutions, including a product sentiment classification model that achieved 90% macro-average precision.
