At EY GDS, I own AI and Generative AI architecture and delivery for enterprise clients, leading engineers and data scientists from solution design through production deployment. I architected a Customer Care Agent Productivity Platform that understands customer interactions, retrieves enterprise knowledge, recommends next-best actions, and coordinates post-call tasks.
For an energy-sector client, I architected an Agentic RAG platform that lets engineers search plant documentation, maintenance manuals, and operational data in natural language. I also architected an automotive early-warning system that analyzes telemetry and manufacturing data to detect equipment degradation and process instability.
At EY GDS, I architected an Enterprise Engineering Knowledge Assistant that retrieves and reasons over drawings, CAD documentation, product specifications, and technical manuals using LLMs and RAG. My other work includes an infrastructure-as-code generation platform for a life-sciences client and a virtual customer experience assistant.
Previously, at R Systems International Ltd, I built computer-vision safety systems, a visual product search engine, and healthcare predictive models. At Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, I delivered analytics and AI solutions including a healthcare conversational assistant, churn prediction, and a video recommendation engine.
