Headed the personalization practice and developed a Generative AI roadmap, leading AI/ML strategy to design and deploy LLM-based hyper-personalization and advanced RAG knowledge solutions on Azure. Supported pre-sales/post-sales technical engagements and converted POCs into production-ready microservice solutions.

Researched and developed AI/ML POCs including PII extraction/masking using spaCy+LLMs, Azure OpenAI RAG for FAQ generation, and Text-to-SQL automation to improve query resolution and operational efficiency. Built demand-forecasting libraries and deployed solutions on Databricks using XGBoost and Optuna.

Led end-to-end product development of the 'Athena' content-generation chatbot, implementing full ML lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and scaling the user base from ~100 to 5,000+ (50x). Designed conversational AI flows and adaptive response generation to improve contextual interactions.

Developed and automated build, release, and installer systems for Adobe products (Bridge, FrameMaker, RoboHelp), improving release engineering workflows. Recognized in Adobe's Grassroots Innovation Challenge as a top 10 idea out of 573 submissions.

Developed core components for 4G-LTE network solutions aligned with ITU-T/3GPP standards, implementing RACS interface and handling 3G/SIP call messages for inter-node communication. Delivered protocol implementations supporting reliable telecom signaling and message decoding.
