I’m a kitchen helper focused on keeping food fresh, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. I carry out deliveries to the right storage areas, ensure ingredients stay at the right freshness, and help maintain smooth daily kitchen flow.

In my recent role at Autumn lane 33D Bacaro Restaurant (2022–present), I properly label, store, and rotate prepared items using FIFO practices. I support meal prep by washing, chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients, while following chef and prepared lists.

I also take responsibility for kitchen cleanliness—cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes, including grinders, mincers, slivers, and mixers. I help prepare simple food, clean ovens and cookware, and dispose of kitchen waste while keeping kitchen walls and surfaces clean.

Previously, at White Rose Hotel and Restaurant (2019–2021) as a Kitchen Helper + Server, I welcomed guests and supported service by setting up dining areas and keeping rooms and common spaces clean. I also replenished utensils, refilled water, removed courses, and maintained table settings, driven by a genuine interest in cooking and hospitality.
