I’m a bilingual (Spanish) Client Account & Relationship Manager, currently planning and executing client requirements at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) to deliver superior customer service aligned with clients’ strategic goals.
Previously, as a Sr. Client Success Specialist (Relationship Manager) at Canada Life Assurance Company, I managed end-to-end administration, including contribution processing, investment fund changes, cash withdrawals/transfers, and member disclosures and reporting—while fostering relationships with plan administrators, brokers, advisors, and plan members.
I bring a strong customer-operations background too: I resolved inquiries using Salesforce, turned customers into “Raving Fans,” supported onboarding and training, and handled credit and lending service/sales with strict compliance (including Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, FCAC, and Privacy Act requirements).
