What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve mobility and transportation systems through fleet operations, data-driven planning, platform development, and cross-functional program delivery.

At Abeona Urban Wheels, I manage fleet and transit operations for 4,000+ daily student riders across multiple cities, maintaining zero service disruptions through live route revisions and fleet changes. I oversee a mixed fleet of 180+ buses, including capacity planning, real-time dispatch, service recovery, and vendor coordination.

I turn operational data and field feedback into better transportation systems. I've built dashboard and KPI reporting frameworks, led route redesign using ridership and location data, improved GPS-based fleet-tracking adoption, and collaborated with technology teams on transportation management platform requirements and workflow enhancements.
