I'm looking for opportunities to provide fractional or interim leadership for agencies navigating rapid growth, leadership transitions, complex client needs, or operational change.

I step into agencies at critical inflection points to stabilize teams, strengthen client relationships, and build the creative operations infrastructure needed for sustainable scale.

Most recently, I provided interim account leadership at Fast Horse, directing a $4.5MM integrated portfolio for Schwan's Red Baron and Post Consumer Brands. At Omnicom Production, I led global operations for General Mills, delivered 8,000+ assets, contributed $575,000 in organic wins, and expanded the roster across Blue Buffalo and Häagen-Dazs.

Previously, I built and led The Mint content studio at Martin Williams and BBDO MW, growing revenue from $1.3MM to $5.4MM and overseeing an $8.4MM operation. Across 15+ years in branding, advertising, and content production, I've created service models, workflows, resourcing practices, and production systems that turn complex transitions into predictable momentum.
