At EAST BAY INNOVATIONS, I coordinate training sessions, meetings, registrations, and follow-up communications. I also support employee onboarding by sharing training information, requirements, and next steps.

I use Jotform and Google Workspace to manage registrations, surveys, feedback, and participant information. I track training completion, prepare resources, and support process improvements and new projects.

At Planet Fitness, I supported members with billing, scheduling, membership, and account questions, while troubleshooting system issues. I’m Project Management-trained, hold a PSM I certification, and have a strong interest in building a career in recruiting and talent operations.
