I'm currently leading plant operations at Atherva Mineral LLP in Bangalore, following production, maintenance, and project leadership roles across beverage, consumer products, plastics, liquor, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
I've managed production, assembly, dispatch, maintenance, production planning, inventory, quality, safety, and cost-control activities. My work has included supporting overseas clients and vendors in China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam for consumer toy applications, new product development, SPMs, assembly-line setup, and plant projects.
At Microplastics, Aequs Force Consumer Products, Pearl Bottling, Superior Drinks, and United Spirits, I've driven maintenance, utilities, machinery reliability, and operational improvement initiatives. I work across injection moulding, blow moulding, beverage packaging, bottling, distillation, industrial automation, and plant utilities.
I've delivered greenfield projects including Microplastics Unit-6, Aequs Force Consumer Products, Aequs Engineered Plastics, Pearl Beverages, and Superior Drinks. I also introduced PLC-based testing equipment, automatic screw-fastening robotic machines, and six-axis spray-painting robotic machines for plastic toys.
