At Perfect Containers Pvt. Ltd., I served as Plant Head for aluminium collapsible-tube production. I improved productivity by approximately 20–25%, reduced rejection from 15% to 5%, and helped lower manpower costs by approximately 30% through process automation.
At Meher Distilleries Pvt. Ltd., I improved bottling-line productivity by approximately 25–30% through process improvement and waste elimination. I also reduced raw-material costs by approximately 15–25% and wastage by approximately 15%.
