What I'm looking for

I'm seeking business or technical analyst roles where I can work with business teams to define software requirements, document processes, and check that features meet their needs.

At ETS International GmbH, I work with operations, insurance, and billing teams to turn business needs into software requirements and process documentation. I helped deliver the first version of the VBI travel-technology platform ahead of its planned deadline.

I also designed and delivered a user-account management system, and help three major customers prepare to use the platform by resolving technical issues and improving workflows. My work includes checking insurance and billing data and building automated tests with Playwright.

As the sole developer of RentResolve for Mdirimo Properties, I built a tenant-verification platform with login, administration tools, and reports. I continue to maintain and improve it, and my BSc in Digital Business & Data Science included a thesis project exploring Berlin housing predictions with an interactive comparison of eight machine-learning algorithms.
