What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product-focused role where I own requirements, manage backlog, and lead agile delivery end-to-end—using my technical background to turn stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and shipped features.

I’m a product-oriented IT professional with over 8 years of experience across software development, QA, and product management. I bring hands-on Technical Product Owner (PO) strength in backlog management, sprint planning, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management, confidently translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

In agile teams, I’ve improved execution and quality by introducing Scrumban + velocity tracking (about ~30% team productivity per sprint at Disoft) and by implementing a dedicated staging/pre-prod test environment to stabilize releases and reduce production bugs. I also shipped meaningful product value—e.g., an ERP feature set for an ISP—while coordinating cross-functional work end-to-end and keeping product documentation and communication clear.
