I am a strategic and solutions-oriented IT Leader with over 4 years of experience in driving digital transformation through AI automation, cloud infrastructure, and scalable IT operations. My journey has been marked by a proven success in designing and implementing backend systems, managing identity access, and optimizing productivity using cutting-edge automation tools.

Currently, I serve as an IT & AI Systems Engineer at PROACT United For Computers, where I have designed and deployed virtualized infrastructure optimized for security and scalability. My role involves leading the implementation of automation-first workflows and introducing GenAI tools to enhance technical support workflows, significantly reducing ticket resolution time. I am passionate about mentoring junior staff on automation tools and the ethical implementation of AI technologies.
