At Kuwait International Bank KSC, I support IT Operations, monitor banking applications and infrastructure, and help restore normal operations during failures. I also upgraded the Control-M automation project and perform its administration duties.
I monitor application performance, including end-of-day, month, and year processes, and address or escalate production issues. I participate in release control and deploy changes to production according to standard procedures.
