Previously, at Nib International Bank and Amhara Bank, I led macroeconomic and sectoral reviews, market studies, product development, competitor benchmarking, branch profitability assessments, and customer satisfaction research. My executive reports, strategic briefs, dashboards, and sectoral analyses have supported actionable recommendations, product development, and operational planning.

Before banking, I taught economics at Assosa University, conducted academic research, and trained undergraduate students in quantitative analysis using STATA. I bring a development economics foundation, practical business intelligence capability, and a focus on evidence-based decisions.
