I manage Severity 1 customer issues, troubleshoot integration glitches, and stay accountable until problems are fully resolved. My work includes Flows, approval processes, user management, data security, data ingestion pipelines, Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and developer tools.
Previously, I supported Salesforce data models, deployments, authentication, platform releases, and customizations at Amdocs and Capgemini. I've also built a PayPal clone using LWC, Apex, and JavaScript, and developed a machine-learning smart farming project in Python.
