What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building scalable Salesforce solutions, deepen my programming and platform expertise, and improve solution delivery and performance through new development tools and technologies.

I'm currently supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud as a Technical Engineer, designing custom solutions with Apex, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP integrations.

I reproduce customer issues in demo environments, write Apex test classes and SOQL queries, and work with R&D and product engineering teams to identify root causes and deliver long-term platform solutions. I also create technical documentation and knowledge articles that help global support teams maintain quality at scale.

Through the Vanrai CSR Funding Salesforce project, I've built high-volume Batch Apex processing, responsive LWC interfaces, workflow automation, reporting, security configurations, and data migration solutions.
