What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my medical office administration, patient support, and caregiving skills to a dynamic healthcare team where I can provide compassionate, respectful care.

I've supported patients and healthcare teams at Jack Nathan Health's Hamilton Walk-in Clinic, where I provided administrative assistance to staff and physicians in a busy setting.

I welcomed patients, checked health cards, updated patient information, booked and confirmed appointments, and maintained patient documents. I also prepared exam rooms and escorted patients to their appointments.

Through roles at Burloak Long Term Care Centre and The Salvation Army, I've provided personal care, mobility support, and daily assistance to patients, including clients with early-stage dementia.
