I’m looking for a role where I can lead carrier marketing and renewals, build competitive benefit strategies through RFPs and cost analysis, and partner with employers and carriers—backed by strong CRM/compliance practices.

I’m an Employee Benefits Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in employee benefits, carrier marketing, group insurance renewals, underwriting, account management, and client service. I’m known for building strong carrier relationships and developing competitive benefit strategies.

In my current role at Decisely (Remote), I manage carrier marketing for group medical and ancillary benefit programs. I develop RFPs, cost analyses, proposal comparisons, and renewal recommendations, while supporting CRM administration, compliance reviews, and quality audits—also improving quote turnaround times through more efficient workflows.

Previously at OneDigital, I led end-to-end carrier marketing for new and renewal business and managed an assigned book of business through annual renewals and enrollment meetings.
