I analyze clickstream and event-level behavior to find journey friction, improve onboarding, and measure acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, monetization, churn, and revenue. I also define KPI frameworks for launches and feature releases.
Previously at ZS Associates and Infosys, I delivered enterprise BI, automated reporting, semantic models, and executive dashboards for US healthcare and PwC engagements. I've translated stakeholder requirements into scalable analytical solutions and centralized reporting platforms.
