At Accenture, I contributed to a three-month R4C proof of concept, working on return scenarios and validating business processes in SAP. I also configured and maintained processes in SAP ECC and prepared functional specifications for development and enhancements.
I supported interfaces across Salesforce, MDG, GTS, MuleSoft, Event Management, and Entitlement Hub, including data-flow validation and issue resolution. Through debugging and configuration table analysis, I identified the root cause of a Return Order creation issue in an SAP standard BAPI.
I supported ECC-to-SAP S/4HANA migration activities and functional validation of R4C processes after migration. At Accenture, I also helped manage and onboard team members with process walkthroughs and guidance on R4C business scenarios.
