At 24-7 SameDay Couriers, I lead end-to-end delivery across 15+ active web applications, working across React and Next.js front ends and Node.js and Python back ends. I led the migration of a legacy monolith to microservices, roughly tripling how often the team could ship.

I also built CourierPlatform.co.uk, a white-label SaaS platform that onboarded 1,000+ business clients within six months of launch. I introduced automated testing pipelines that cut QA time by 40% and mentor four junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
