At Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. (SIHL), I directed the planning and execution of more than 1 million sq. ft. of healthcare facilities, integrating civil, MEP, and HVAC work. These projects included a 400-bed hospital in Faisalabad and a 100-bed hospital in Islamabad.

I strengthened project controls through schedule tracking, cost reporting, and variance analysis, and managed interim payment certificates and financial controls across project lifecycles. I also supervised competitive bids and reported progress to executive management.

At Fauji Fresh n Freeze Ltd. (FFF), I directed construction and infrastructure work for a fruits and vegetables processing plant, including roads, drainage, water supply, and sewage treatment. The project was delivered on schedule and within budget.

Earlier, I managed water infrastructure projects at Bin Ham Group and developed schedules and supported contract negotiations at Pearl NLC. My work has also included construction management in Pakistan Army service and reconstruction monitoring with Earthquake Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA).
