I seek HR/payroll roles where I can apply payroll processing and compliance skills, learn advanced payroll systems, and grow in a collaborative, process-driven team.

I am an MBA (Finance & HR) candidate with hands-on experience in HR and payroll operations, including payroll processing, salary calculations, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, taxes), and employee query resolution.

During my HR & Payroll internship at Course Blanc, I supported end-to-end payroll tasks, verified attendance and leaves, prepared reports, and maintained confidentiality while assisting onboarding and exit settlements.

I bring technical familiarity with MS Office, SAP FI-CO, Tally, and QuickBooks, strong analytical experience from academic projects on microfinance and banking digitalisation, and a collaborative mindset focused on accurate, compliant payroll delivery.
