I'm leading backend engineering for MyTable at Mythod, a multi-tenant B2B restaurant SaaS platform operating across Saudi Arabia. I architected its QR-based dine-in ordering system with real-time kitchen-to-customer updates and Stripe Connect payment routing.

I've resolved critical AWS RDS storage and Firebase notification incidents, integrated SevenRooms reservations, and designed analytics pipelines for restaurant revenue, table turnover, peak hours, and order performance. I also led PDPL and NCA ECC compliance analysis to guide MyTable's cloud architecture strategy.

Previously, I led ERP, CRM, and SaaS delivery at Global Connect Synergy, mentoring four junior developers and building microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-scale MySQL and MongoDB systems.
