I’m a Teller Supervisor and Member Engagement team Specialist with a strong focus on accurate cash operations, member service, and safe daily banking procedures. At Service First Federal Credit Union, I help members through online account services, including ATM and vault-related responsibilities.
In my current roles, I get ITM calls and perform loan audits, open accounts online, and support CD and IRA processes. I also count cash, check teller drawers for shortages or overages, and ensure transactions are completed correctly. As a Vault Teller Supervisor, I manage vault balance orders, prepare cash for my coworkers, perform drawer audits, and support branch cash needs.
Alongside banking, I bring hands-on inventory and supervisory experience from Walgreens, where I worked from shift leadership into inventory management responsibilities. I open and close accounts, change addresses for members, and manage transfers as part of my banking work, while my inventory experience includes restocking, inventory management, voucher setup with Walgreens-contracted vendors, and supervising multiple transaction workflows.
