At 3PL Links Inc., I create weekly operational and client reports using TruckMate data, InfoPlus, SQL, Excel, and Power BI. I also support access requests and maintain client profiles, users, and application access across logistics systems.
I troubleshoot EDI transactions, data flow, and integrations between customers, carriers, TruckMate, InfoPlus, and external systems. I coordinate technical issues with vendors and developers while supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, hardware, printers, and application access.
As an IT Intern at 3PL Links Inc., I supported user access requests and used PowerShell, WSL, and automation tools to streamline repetitive IT tasks. I also prepared reporting and documentation to support process improvements and clearer handoffs.
Earlier, I worked as an Independent Insurance Advisor / Director of Advisor Training, Supervision & Development and as a Senior Insurance Advisor. I mentored advisors, supported client and operational investigations, and worked with underwriting teams on risk assessments; I’m now applying my insurance and systems experience to business and supply chain technology.
