At VaidhyaMegha Private Limited, I shipped end-to-end features for QORRO, a multi-tenant AI banking platform. I built customer-facing React experiences like an interactive Prompt Playground, admin configuration screens, and real-time banker conversation guides.

I’ve also engineered the core platform capabilities: a multi-tenant backend with 260+ REST endpoints across 67 service modules, secured by PostgreSQL RLS policies and RBAC with identity-based SSO. On the AI side, I built recommendation and offer-matching services across 3 ML scoring models and delivered a production RAG system using OpenAI embeddings with pgvector hybrid retrieval.

Beyond product work, I modernize how teams ship by automating CI/CD with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Cloud Run. I build reusable services and abstractions—like tenant-aware terminology layers and provider-agnostic LLM clients—so the platform scales across engineering teams.
