What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to utilize my medical background while contributing to a supportive team environment focused on patient care.

I began my medical career in 2014 as an emergency medical practitioner, where I honed my skills in patient care and emergency response for five years. My journey then took me to Durban, where I transitioned to working with animals, combining my medical knowledge with a passion for veterinary care.

Currently, I serve as a Reception Administrator at Rinaldo Riverside Vet, where I manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings while ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. My experience includes handling financials, stock management, and coordinating with medical teams to provide optimal care for our patients.

With a strong focus on detail, determination, and a commitment to learning, I thrive in fast-paced environments and am dedicated to supporting both human and animal health.
