What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where HR decisions are grounded in data. I want to combine employee engagement, performance management, and analytics with structured stakeholder coordination and training to deliver measurable impact.

I’m an HR Manager with an M.A. in Liberal Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences from IIT Guwahati, and I bring field-tested experience across community development and livelihood programs in Assam. Through SeSTA and ASRLM roles, I coordinated on-ground program delivery, stakeholder support, training activities, and IEC material development to help teams deliver timely outputs.

In my HR Manager role at The Truth India, I use HR data analysis to track and report insights that support strategic decision-making. I also lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, oversee performance management systems, and partner with teams to strengthen organizational execution—bringing the same structured, learner-centered mindset from my training and community work.
