I have built and maintained candidate pipelines for Level 1–3 positions, managed offer negotiations aligned with company policies and market standards, and closed 40+ positions within six months through proactive sourcing strategies. I also have experience screening for visa status (Citizen, GC, H1B) and working with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
