I am seeking US-focused technical recruiting roles where I can manage end-to-end hiring, work with diverse tech stacks, negotiate offers, and build long-term client and candidate relationships.

I am an experienced US IT recruiter with 12+ years in IT and over 6 years focused on US technical staffing, full life-cycle recruiting, and handling contract, contract-to-hire and full-time placements. I have recruited across technologies including Java, .NET, Full Stack, Front End, Backend, ETL, DevOps, AWS, SAP, BI, iOS, Android and Salesforce.

I source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, JobDiva), LinkedIn, internal databases and Ceipal, leveraging Boolean search and targeted outreach to deliver high submission rates and qualified profiles. I have experience with US visa and tax statuses (H1B, Green Card, EAD, W2, 1099, C2C) and negotiate rates and salaries with candidates and clients.

I manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—screening, scheduling interviews (Skype/WebEx/phone/onsite), following candidates through onboarding, and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports—while building strong candidate relationships and collaborating with account managers to meet client needs.
