I source through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, referrals, web searches, vendors, and internal databases, then screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage offer preparation.

I use AI tools, Boolean searches, ATS workflows, and automation to improve outreach, candidate research, follow-ups, reporting, and turnaround time. I'm experienced with US staffing terms including W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, H1B, Green Card, USC, EAD GC, and TN.
