At BNY, I supported a bond data automation project that integrated Pricing Supplements into the IPA system using Straight Through Processing. I partnered with technology teams on workflows covering 113 IPA fields and helped automate processing for three major issuers, achieving a 90% end-to-end automation success rate.
I also managed investment banking operations across bond settlements, retail lending, and cash reconciliation. In lending operations, I reviewed and approved more than 60 cash flows daily and implemented fraud detection controls in reconciliation workflows.
To improve transfer processing, I used the Eliza AI Tool to compare SWIFT data with issuer instructions and extract key fields into structured Excel outputs. I also delivered executive dashboards and steering committee reports, and supported automation change adoption through training and documentation.
