At AT&T, I led mainframe modernization and AWS migration readiness across 40 applications. By redesigning the retirement workflow, I reduced average application retirement time from 110 to 48 days and decommissioning time from 152 to 54 days.
In AT&T's Optimization Program, I managed a rotating portfolio of 38 Azure migrations and supported 28 additional applications, enabling the decommissioning of 3,718 servers. I also helped execute a migration pause that generated $32M in savings while preserving restart readiness.
As a Scrum Master on the MSO ECOMP Application, I created a continuous-improvement plan that increased delivery from 3 to 41 comparably sized user stories within four months. Earlier, as an Agile Coach, I designed and launched the EAST Agile Maturity Model and created tailored improvement plans for Scrum teams.
My AT&T work has also included Java application delivery, product ownership support, and coordination across technical teams and stakeholders. I use Azure DevOps, Jira, and AgileCraft to make plans, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress clear.
