What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote work involving AI training, data annotation, web research, data verification, or customer support, where I can follow clear procedures, maintain accuracy, and contribute independently.

I evaluate and annotate data for AI projects, including assessing AI-generated responses, classifying content, identifying inconsistencies, and controlling annotation quality.

On a Veeva Systems project, I researched, verified, collected, and organized web information at scale while maintaining accuracy. I work independently in remote production environments and follow detailed project guidelines and procedures closely.

I've also supported French-speaking customers by phone and taught French online, adapting communication and guidance to each person's needs.
