What that means day to day.

Billing and invoicing, including the exchange with the accounting system
and the reconciliation around it, so that a missing invoice is noticed the
same day instead of a week later.

Full cycle Salesforce implementation for a US insurance agency, from an
empty org to production, across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

From 1 to 35 active users in a year. The build was the easy half. The
harder half was moving people off spreadsheets and shared inboxes without
losing the deals that were already in flight.

Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) implementations
for B2B and B2C clients. Lead management, campaign automation, and keeping
two systems in agreement about who a person actually is.

Salesforce for recruitment and HR operations at a US outsourcing company.
Candidate pipelines, document workflows, and validation that stops bad data
at entry instead of cleaning it afterwards.

Salesforce QA. Release testing and regression across Sales Cloud.

Salesforce QA on a US product team. Release testing and regression.

Testing Salesforce releases before they reached users. Regression, edge
cases, and turning "it does not work" into something a developer could
reproduce.

Nearly four years in this role across three companies. It is where I
learned the two things I still work from: most of what breaks in a CRM
breaks quietly, and verifying a change is a separate job from making one
