What I'm looking for

I’m interested in opportunities across IT, including Technical Support, Product Operations, Product, QA, and Implementation, where I can combine my technical background with communication, coordination, and customer-focused skills. I’m also interested in AI-assisted workflows and how AI can improve requirements, documentation, testing, support, and product delivery.

At Synebo, I tested web and mobile applications, browser extensions, and custom solutions on the Salesforce platform and Communities. I also created automation test cases with Provar.

I prepared test cases, suites, checklists, bug reports, change requests, stories, and user guides, and verified fixes and acceptance procedures using Jira, Trello, and Confluence.

At Synebo, I mentored Manual QA team members and provided reports to managers and colleagues. Earlier, as a Trainee Manual QA Engineer at Almexoft, I tested web, desktop, and mobile applications and reviewed feature requirements.

My earlier work at ABBYY included processing orders through Salesforce and assisting users with subscription issues. I hold ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level and Provar certifications, and I’m interested in opportunities across IT, including Technical Support, Product Operations, Product, QA, and Implementation.
