What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own end-to-end API integrations in an international, English-speaking environment, working directly with clients and partners to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

At SoftServe, I own end-to-end integrations between an enterprise insurance platform and 25+ external partner systems covering 300+ products. I've launched 20+ integrations and migrated 8+ connections from a legacy aggregator to direct partner APIs.

I work directly with client stakeholders and third-party vendors to scope requirements, design data mappings, implement business rules, coordinate releases, and resolve blockers. I’m particularly strong at tracing failures across system boundaries, reverse-engineering undocumented API behavior, and distinguishing partner limitations from internal mapping defects.

My QA background in enterprise billing and fintech helps me validate calculations, data consistency, and complex business rules end to end. I’ve independently resolved 230+ production tickets and turn recurring issues into reusable rules, documentation, test designs, and architectural lessons.

Functional, regression and API testing on enterprise billing and fintech platforms, incl. 3+ years on a large-scale cloud billing system with complex business rules. Validated billing calculations, data consistency and system behaviour after releases. Analysed defects with engineers and BAs to drive resolution. This is the foundation the integration work is built on.
