At SoftServe, I own the integration layer between an enterprise insurance platform and 25+ external partner systems covering 300+ products — not the underlying APIs or backend architecture, which are built by a dedicated development team. My responsibility starts once API connectivity exists: data mapping, parsing, business rules, filtering, and JavaScript logic. I've delivered 20+ integration launches and migrated 8+ connections from a legacy aggregator to direct partner APIs.

I work directly with client stakeholders and third-party vendors to scope requirements, design data mappings, implement business rules, coordinate releases, and resolve blockers. I'm particularly strong at tracing failures across system boundaries, reverse-engineering undocumented API behavior, and distinguishing partner limitations from internal mapping defects.

My QA background in enterprise billing and fintech helps me validate calculations, data consistency, and complex business rules end-to-end. I've independently resolved 230+ production tickets and turned recurring issues into reusable rules, documentation, test designs, and architectural lessons.
