I'm currently building and operating e-commerce businesses through Sofos Ventures, with full P&L responsibility across revenue, margins, costs, and marketing ROI. I manage end-to-end WooCommerce operations, from supplier integrations and fulfilment to checkout optimisation and customer service.
I've developed custom WordPress and WooCommerce solutions, automated product, pricing, inventory, and order workflows, and integrated payment gateways, shipping providers, supplier systems, and third-party APIs. I also manage hosting, migrations, domains, security, backups, databases, and technical troubleshooting.
At Capventis, I progressed from Senior Implementation Consultant to Team Lead/Technical Architect, helping grow a new business unit from one person to 15 consultants. I led delivery teams, solution design, client relationships, technical advisory, and the timely, on-budget delivery of Qualtrics and Zendesk implementations.
I started SA Web Solutions while in college, helping local SMEs improve their online presence through website development, hosting, support, and custom web solutions. I hold a First Class Honours Bachelor of Business in Information Technology from Technological University Dublin.
