I'm looking to lead eCommerce and digital growth initiatives where I can improve customer journeys, merchandising, SEO, conversion, and commercial performance through data-led cross-functional collaboration.

I've led eCommerce strategy and daily Shopify operations at Monahan's Fuels & Garden Centre, owning traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, merchandising, site QA, integrations, and customer-facing digital messaging. I partner with internal teams and agencies across SEO, email, and digital campaigns to improve acquisition, retention, and ROI.
