I've led platform modernization at YggdrasilGaming across 25+ engineers and five teams, moving a single-tenant platform toward multi-tenancy without disrupting business-critical delivery. I also drove an AI-assisted game creation framework that reduced game-production costs by 3–4x.

At Evolution Gaming, I led Java integration work across four widely used applications, including a zero-downtime jackpots migration to Kafka-based communication and a US rollout. I regularly worked from stakeholder requirements through architecture, infrastructure, incidents, deployment, hiring, and team development.

I've delivered banking, payment, insurance, low-code, industrial automation, and gaming solutions with Java, Kotlin, C#, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, and CI/CD. At Paynt, I helped stabilize an acquired payment platform, remediated severe security issues, and improved one response path from 20–30-second timeouts to 0.75–1.5 seconds.
