What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting patient care and clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare or dental environment where I can use my coordination, communication, and patient service skills.

At Erik Low DMD Periodontic and Implant Center, I manage front-office operations, schedule appointments, maintain patient demographics, and build referral relationships by visiting doctor offices.

I've supported periodontal and implant patient care from reception through treatment, including perio-charting, patient photos, room turnover, and Dentrix-based scheduling.

Previously, at Reno Tahoe Oral Surgery, I coordinated implant patients, treatment plans, insurance verification, imaging, surgical preparation, anesthesia discharge, sterilization, and IV sedation assistance. My background also includes caregiving for a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic, with trach care, medication support, and daily living assistance.
