I’m looking for opportunities to lead digital operations and AI-enabled projects, improve workflows through automation, and deliver effective cross-functional programs in an international, technology-focused environment.

I led end-to-end operations at the United Nations Migration Agency (IOM), managing more than 10,000 cases across large-scale international programs while maintaining compliance, quality, and service-level requirements. I also supervised and developed a 12-person team, coordinating government agencies, international organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Now I manage independent digital and AI-focused projects, using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, Asana, Trello, and Miro to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and workflow execution. I’m motivated by digital transformation, automation, and practical technology that makes operations more efficient.
