I've contributed to Wu syndrome gene therapy research at TRGENMER, using prime editing approaches to investigate potential therapeutic applications.

Across three years of wet-lab research, I've worked on GRIA3 mutation models, cell culture, virus production, gRNA design, molecular biology, and genetics. My work includes in vitro generation and characterization of a WU syndrome model in neural cell lines, published on bioRxiv.

At Tiso Lab at the Università di Padova, I participated in embryological, molecular, and imaging-based zebrafish studies for human disease modeling under Prof. Natascia Tiso.

I'm also a published researcher and active science communication writer, focused on translating complex genetics into impactful public knowledge.
